For larger developments, funders will often require a report on the viability of the project before committing. This 'Heath Check' report may then be followed by and an 'Overview' report, setting out the project management responsibilities. This is typically undertaken prior to the release of funds to purchase the development land. During the construction phase, subsequent monitoring progress reports may also be required both for financiers and the planning authority. Dependent on the wording, the discharge of planning conditions are often made during the course of the development. At these times, supporting information is collated, verified as necessary and presented to planning authorities. On completion of the development, many elements may require final reporting. This may include site waste management plans, Section 106 settlements, contaminated land remediation verification and funding sign-off. In combination with our planning liaison service, Resurgam Environmental can provide complete planning and project management to any development project. |
